From the airport terminal to Nash Road

Sandy Ladd opened Sandy's Place in 2008 inside the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport terminal. The restaurant later moved to its own building on Nash Road, close to the airport, keeping the same phone number.

Pilots still fly in for lunch, and the first Friday of Lent is famous around here: one year the kitchen served 570 pounds of fish.
